Cold Spring Hills

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Adele has been working as an Administrative Assistant for more than 25 years. She spent over 10 years in the Health and Fitness sector running a Health Club in the town where she currently resides.

 

This role allowed her to have a career where she was able to express everything that is in harmony with her own belief system, hence changing the lives of others.

 

Since 2017, Adele had been the assistant to the Director of Therapeutic Recreation, and has recently been promoted to Director of Therapeutic Recreation, allowing her bubbly personality and enthusiasm to impact the residents and staff at Cold Spring Hills.

 

In her free time, Adele loves taking long drives, spending time in Sag Harbor, watching sunsets, and living a healthy active lifestyle.
