Felicia has obtained her BA in Psychology, BS in Business Finance, and MA in Health Care Administration.  She brings to Cold Spring Hills successful experience in hiring and working within the intricacies of employee and people management.

I am a mother, wife, and individual with a strong belief in the power of positive thinking.  There is no single approach, but finding the right approach for communicating and working with each employee as an individual. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my loved ones.
