Welcome to Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation! We are excited to welcome you to our family!

Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation has a rich history of providing exceptional compassionate care to its residents and their families for over 100 years. Over the past few years, Cold Spring Hills has endured many changes and unprecedented times. Nevertheless, the compassionate professionals at Cold Spring Hills continue to provide high-quality person-centered care.

I stepped into the role of Administrator at Cold Spring Hills in November 2021 as I saw the tremendous potential of the facility. My goal is to make Cold Spring Hills the premier campus of excellence that encompasses a full embodiment of high-quality care in Nassau County. To do this, we will provide person-centered, high-quality care in a dignified, family-oriented, enriching environment. Through our restorative programs, our community will continue to foster a home-like environment that enhances our resident’s optimal functioning and well-being. Each resident will have an individualized plan of care to ensure a maximum level of wellness is achieved.

At Cold Spring Hills, we view everyone like family. Each resident is a member of our extended family and we will do whatever we can to make their time with us as pleasant and meaningful as possible. We know you will feel the warmth of our hearts when you spend time with us.

We look forward to you and your family joining ours.

Sincerely,
