My name is Nicolas Lalaurette, I am presently the Director of Plant Operations here at Cold Spring Hills. I joined the Cold Spring team in the winter of 2022.

 

Even though I’m fairly new to the team, I have been a Maintenance/Engineering Director for the past 15 years and I really enjoy a challenge.

 

One of my top priorities is the safety of all residents and staff members here at Cold Spring while maintaining and improving the building and all the systems in place.
